WHAT IS CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY?

How does craniosacral therapy work?

The therapy involves a light hand contact to ‘listen’ to the body, to sense areas
of tension within the fascia and tissues to promote: a greater expression of vital and balanced craniosacral motion, a sense of deep calm and a revitalised sense of well-being.

During a session you lie fully clothed, in a comfortable position on your back or side. Because the sense of relaxation and revitalisation often increases as your body becomes accustomed to the work, craniosacral therapy is best approached in the form of a short course of sessions. For this reason it is recommended that new clients are open to a minimum of two sessions and discounts are available for popular multi-session packages.

Please note craniosacral therapy is not intended as primary healthcare and if
you have specific concerns about your health you should consult your GP.
